Rt Hon Kenneth Clarke QC, MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Business, will address the CBI Annual Conference Dinner on Monday 23 November. Mr Clarke has enjoyed a high profile political career, serving under both Margaret Thatcher and John Major as Chancellor, Health Secretary and Home Secretary. He was brought back to the front bench of the Conservative Party in January 2009 and now leads the business portfolio.
