Access
Access to the conference is via the rear entrance of the Hilton.
Parking
The Hilton has an on-site 24 hour car park with 200 spaces. There are also spaces to leave bicycles within the facility. Additional car parking can be found across Park Lane.
First Aid
In the event of needing first aid, please notify a member of security or any member of staff who will be pleased to help you.
Hearing impairments
An induction loop system is operational in the Grand Ballroom. Please contact the CBI events team by 17 November if you require this facility
Wheelchair users
Wheelchair users should use the main entrance to the hotel on Park Lane in order to access the lifts. Conference sessions will take place in the Grand Ballroom on the first floor and there are wheelchair accessible toilets on this floor.
